WHAT SIZE OFFICES ARE AVAILABLE?
WHAT LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
Office spaces range from a nominal 125 to 450 square feet in size. Multiple offices may also be rented if additional space is required.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE OFFERED?
Space can be leased long-term for a minimum term of 1 year to a maximum term of 5 years depending on your needs. Short term and daily (per diem) leases may also be available upon request.
WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS?
Each office is furnished with at least one desk and filing cabinet. High speed internet is provided as a shared service. The conference room, reception area, outdoor spaces and two kitchen areas are also offered as shared spaces.
Metered street parking is plentiful on the 300 block of Cumberland Street and parking on 4th Street is free. The rear of the building has five parking spots available on a first come basis. Designated parking spaces may be leased at a neighboring property for an additional monthly fee if needed.

Space is leased to professional and office based businesses. Wallace House strives to foster a collaborative and professional co-working space and tenants enjoy a relaxed, congenial, and collegial environment.
WHAT TYPE OF SECURITY DO YOU OFFER?
Each office is secured with individually keyed entries and the building has a robust alarm system. Individual locked mailboxes are also available.
