Suite A

Located at the heart of Wallace House, Suite A offers a peaceful work space with a private entrance. Window shutters allow for additional privacy while stained glass emphasizes the rich history of the house. This suite has its own waiting area and can be easily leased along with adjoining Suite B for a larger and private working space.

Located right off the covered terrace,  Suite B provides a comfortable workplace for one to two people. This suite offers ample space, easy access to the covered outdoor terrace, and has its own private entrance, bathroom and kitchen area. Common Areas

Wallace House features a shared reception area and two kitchenette spaces for the comfort and convenience of tenants and guests. Each kitchen area is fitted with a refrigerator, microwave, large hot & cold water dispenser, and coffee station. A spacious conference space provides room to meet with clients or tackle problems with your team.  A small coffee bar and commonly used office equipment can be  found in the reception space serving as a small business center for your meetings.

The House & Grounds

Outdoor space in the both the covered terrace and within the courtyard is available for common use.  These areas include an assortment of well maintained gardens, planters, seating areas, and a water fountain.
